We are thrilled to announce the recent launch of our new REST API and webhooks feature for PageVitals, an update allowing you to automate your tasks fully. This could be a real time-saver, especially for agencies and larger clients managing many websites.

Now, let's delve into these new additions.

REST API

Our REST API allows you to connect programmatically to our platform. It enables retrieval of reports, management of websites and their pages, budgets, and settings. You can periodically fetch Lighthouse scores for all your websites, source Field Testing metrics every week, and automatically add client websites the moment you start dealing with them. For more details, you may begin by reading our comprehensive API documentation.

Webhooks for instant results

Additionally, the webhooks feature enables you to receive instantaneous test results on your platform the moment they are ready. It is a simpler alternative than having to poll the API occasionally to check if the latest tests are available. You can utilize the webhooks feature to feed test results into your own database, a shared Google Sheet, or any other place. Read the webhooks docs here.

Combined, our new REST API and webhooks feature opens new doors to a higher efficiency level for managing your page speed. We'd love to hear what you think.
