What's included in the free trial?
Our free trial includes full access to all of our features and functionality for 14 days, including 300 free tests. That'll give you daily tests for around 10 pages, for both desktop and mobile tests.
What happens when the trial is over?
Once the trial period is over, you will have the option to upgrade to a paid plan or discontinue use of the service. If you choose not to upgrade, your account will be deactivated.
What is a synthetic test?
A synthetic test equals one Lighthouse test or a URL with one emulated device (desktop or mobile). With daily tests, one page equals around 60 synthetic tests per month.
What is a field test?
A field test equals performance data from one browser visit to one URL on your website. Field tests can be sampled to reduce the data volume and cost.
What happens if I use up all tests?
We send you a notification when you're close to having depleted the monthly test allowance (both synthetic and field), and give you the option to purchase extra tests. If you run out, PageVitals will stop testing your pages until the next billing cycle.
What if I don't use up all tests?
Unused tests don't roll over to the next month. The number of tests is the maximum monthly test allowance.
What is your refund policy?
We don't offer refunds, we provide a free 14-day trial instead.
