Running your first tests

When clicking the Tests menu item the first time, you see an empty list.

Before running your first test series, make sure you have added all relevant pages first. See Adding your pages.

Wait, what is a test series?

A test series is a collection of Lighthouse reports. Each of your pages are tested by two synthetic browsers - a desktop browser and a (fake) mobile browser. The process is somewhat similar to when running Lighthouse reports in your own browser, but in our case the Lighthouse reports are run from the cloud.

Let's run it 🥁

Simply hit the "Run tests" button.

You'll see a test line with a spinner showing up in the table.

After a few minutes the test are done and you'll be able to see the first test results.
